I recently had the opportunity to use the services provided by East Durham Business Services and overall, I found them to be average. Their website, edbs.co.uk, was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information. However, I was not impressed with their customer service. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I didn't feel like they were addressing my concerns in a timely manner. Additionally, the pricing was not very transparent, and I felt like there were hidden fees that were not initially mentioned. On the positive side, their service quality was satisfactory, and they did deliver on what was promised. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and transparency in pricing. Overall, I would rate my experience with East Durham Business Services as average.
