I recently hired an audiovisual company in San Diego for an event, and overall, I found their services to be average. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, the actual experience with the company fell short of my expectations. Firstly, the communication was lacking. I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, which was frustrating. When it came to the setup and operation of the equipment, it was adequate but not outstanding. There were no major issues, but the quality of the audio and visuals was just average. Additionally, the technicians seemed somewhat disinterested and not very attentive to our specific needs. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable, so it didn't break the bank. In summary, if you're looking for a basic audiovisual solution, this company might be suitable, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
