The company was prompt in responding to my inquiry and provided a detailed estimate for the project. However, I found the communication to be lacking throughout the process, with delayed responses and a lack of proactive updates. The work itself was satisfactory, but there were a few issues with the finishing that needed to be addressed. The workers were polite and respectful, but there were some days when they didn't show up as scheduled. Overall, the experience was average, and I appreciated the final outcome of the project, although I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and reliability.
