I recently used the services of this company for a specific project. While the website was easy to navigate and the information was clear, I found the customer service to be lacking. There were some delays in communication and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my project. Additionally, the final product did not entirely meet my expectations in terms of quality. I appreciate the effort, but I believe there is room for improvement in their customer relations and the consistency of their work. I may consider giving them another chance in the future, but for now, I would rate my experience as average.
