I have been practicing yoga for several years now, and Lila yoga is honestly one of the best yoga studios I have come across. The classes are challenging yet accessible for all levels, and the instructors are friendly and professional. I really appreciate the inclusive and non-judgmental atmosphere they have created. Highly recommended!
