The tools I purchased from Special tool & engineering, inc were below my expectations. They didn't perform as well as I had hoped, and the customer service was lacking. I had difficulty getting a proper response to my concerns. Overall, I would not recommend Special tool & engineering, inc for its subpar products and unsatisfactory customer service.
