The customer service at Gettoknowit is average. They were responsive to my inquiries but the overall experience was nothing spectacular. I had higher expectations based on the reviews I read online. The website is easy to navigate and the information provided is helpful. However, I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of the user interface and design. Overall, an average experience.
