The worst experience I ever had as a client with any company. G4S's customer service is rude and absolutely not serviceable. They're just after your money and don't care for one minute to make your home alarm work for you. For 3 years did they service my broken my alarm system , still does not work but they've charged all the costs anyway. That is what I got after being their client for over 20 years!! I would rate them with a negative star if there was one. G4S obviously has too many big institutions and complanies as clients and doesn't give a toss about residential ones.
