I had recently used a running service and was not impressed with the overall experience. The customer service was lacking, as it took them quite some time to respond to my queries. The website was not very user-friendly, and it was difficult to find relevant information. However, the actual running service was satisfactory. They provided me with a good running track, and the instructor was knowledgeable. Overall, an average experience.
