I had an average experience with Aspiro wilderness adventure therapy. While the program had its merits, it did not fully meet my expectations. The therapy sessions were helpful, but some of the outdoor activities were not as engaging as I had hoped. The mentors were supportive, but there were times when I felt misunderstood. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not exceptional.
