I have been using Energy Systems Group (Pty) Ltd for a few years now and I must say, their service is average. The installation process was smooth, but the after-sales support has been lacking. There were a few issues with the solar panels, and each time I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response. The overall quality of the product is decent, but the customer service needs improvement.
