I recently used the services of pivotaladvisors.com and found the experience to be satisfactory. Their website is user-friendly and provides a lot of helpful information. However, I did find that the response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and I had to follow up multiple times. The advisors were knowledgeable and professional, but I wished for a bit more personalized attention. 🤔 Overall, the experience was average, and while they delivered on their promises, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and communication.
