I am very disappointed with the service I received at Erste Optik. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they seemed more interested in making a sale than assisting customers. The glasses I purchased were of poor quality, and I ended up returning them shortly after. The prices were high considering the low quality of the products. I would not recommend Erste Optik to anyone.
