I've been a regular at Bad Cat Pilates for a few months now and I can't recommend it enough. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive, always ensuring correct form and technique. The studio is clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The variety of classes keeps things interesting and challenging. Overall, Bad Cat Pilates is the best place in town for a great pilates workout.
