I have had a mixed experience with Connoisseur electronics (pty) ltd. While their website, connoisseur.co.za, is easy to use and their product selection is good, I have found their customer service to be lacking. There have been delays in responding to my inquiries, and it took a while to resolve an issue with a faulty product. However, once the issue was escalated, it was resolved satisfactorily. Overall, I would say it's an average experience with room for improvement.
