I recently had the opportunity to work with a roofing company for some repairs and decided to give this company a try. The overall experience was average, as I did not encounter any major issues but also did not feel particularly impressed. The website was informative and easy to navigate, but I did find the response time for inquiries to be a bit slow. The team was professional and completed the work in a timely manner, but there were a few minor details that seemed overlooked. While the quality of the work was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and communication. Overall, my experience with the company was decent, but I hope to see some enhancements in their customer service and work thoroughness in the future.
