I had an average experience at Erste Optik. The staff was friendly, but I felt like they could have been more knowledgeable about the products. The glasses I purchased were decent, but I've had better quality in the past. The prices were reasonable, but I expected more for the price. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if I would return.
