I recently used the services of a company that specializes in appliance repairs and I found it to be quite average overall. The technicians they sent were knowledgeable and professional, and they were able to diagnose the issue with my appliance quickly. However, I must say that I was not particularly impressed with their customer service. It took a while for them to respond to my initial inquiry, and I found their communication to be somewhat lacking in terms of providing updates on the progress of the repair. Additionally, their pricing was on the higher side compared to other companies in the market. While they did fix my appliance effectively, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of their customer service and pricing.
