I recently availed the security services from this company and I must say that my experience was average. The website provided all the necessary information, and the overall process of contacting and scheduling with the company was smooth. However, the level of professionalism displayed by the security personnel could have been better. They were not very responsive to my concerns and seemed to lack proper training. I expected a higher standard of service considering the reputation of the company. The installation of the security system was timely and efficient, but the effectiveness of the system itself seemed average. It did its job, but I was not overly impressed. I appreciate the effort, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and the quality of the security system provided.
