I recently came across a company that offers agile project management solutions. They claim to provide a comprehensive approach to project management using the Scrum methodology. The response time was not as quick as I had hoped, and the support agents were not very knowledgeable about some of my queries. The pricing structure also felt a bit steep compared to similar companies in the market.
