I recently visited Erste Optik and had a terrible experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they made me feel unwelcome. The glasses I purchased were of poor quality and broke within a few weeks. The prices were high for the low quality of the products. I would not recommend Erste Optik to anyone in need of eyewear.
