I had an average experience with Sensoria. The website was easy to navigate, but I wasn't blown away by the overall customer service. The rainforest tour was decent, but I expected more magical elements. The guides were knowledgeable, but their enthusiasm lacked. I had a decent time overall, but I felt there was room for improvement.
