I had a mixed experience with proalpha.tv. While I appreciate the range of products they offer, their website could use some improvement. It can be a bit slow at times and the search function didn't work as expected. However, their customer service was helpful and they were able to assist me in finding what I needed. Overall, it was an average experience.
