I had a mixed experience with Snav spa. The website is user-friendly and the booking process is straightforward. However, the customer service was a bit disappointing. When I had an issue with my booking, the representatives were not very helpful and it took a while to resolve the problem. Despite this, the overall service was good and the ferry was comfortable.
