As a CUSTOMER, I recently used Magris spa services and I must say they are simply average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing extraordinary. Their customer service was satisfactory and they were able to resolve my issues in a reasonable amount of time. However, I feel like they could improve their overall efficiency and response time. Overall, I would rate them as average.
