I am a small business owner and I have been banking with Ambank Small Business Banking (SBB) for over a year now. I must say that their services have been average at best. The customer support is sometimes slow to respond and the online banking platform is not very user-friendly. However, they do offer competitive interest rates for small business loans, which is a plus. Overall, I would rate Ambank SBB as average.
