I recently booked a holiday through the website holidayshop.bg and overall, my experience was average. The website itself is easy to navigate and the booking process was fairly simple. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question about my reservation, it took several attempts to get a response, and even then, the answers provided were not very helpful. Additionally, the prices were not as competitive as I had hoped, especially considering the average quality of the accommodations. On the positive side, the holiday itself was enjoyable and everything was as described on the website. Ultimately, while I had an average experience with holidayshop.bg, I may explore other options before booking my next trip.
