I recently had the opportunity to work with a company that specializes in plastic injection molding and I had a mixed experience. Their website provided a good overview of their capabilities and services, which was helpful. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. There were some delays in communication and it took longer than expected to get a clear understanding of the production timeline. On the positive side, the quality of the final product met my expectations and the pricing was competitive. 🤔 Overall, the experience was average.
