As a customer, I found the variety of equipment and classes 🏋️‍♀️ offered by the company to be quite impressive. However, I experienced some challenges with the cleanliness 🧹 of the facilities and the availability of certain equipment. It would be great to see more consistent maintenance and cleaning efforts to enhance the overall experience for members. The staff was friendly and approachable, but at times, the customer service could be a bit more attentive. Despite these areas for improvement, I appreciate the convenient location and the flexible membership options.
