As a customer, I found the services provided by this accounting firm to be quite average. While their team was professional and courteous, I felt that the advice given was somewhat generic and lacked personalized attention to my specific business needs. 😕 Although they were prompt in responding to my inquiries, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of tailoring their services to better meet the individual requirements of their clients.
