I recently had my home inspected by Hero Home Inspection and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information I needed. The inspector arrived on time, but I felt they lacked enthusiasm during the inspection. They were knowledgeable and pointed out some important issues, but I wished they had gone into more detail. 😐 The report was delivered promptly and included clear photos and descriptions of the findings, which was helpful. However, I noticed a couple of minor mistakes in the report, which raised some doubts about the accuracy. 💭 In terms of customer service, they were polite and responsive to my inquiries. Overall, while Hero Home Inspection was satisfactory, I expected a bit more attention to detail and professionalism.
