I recently purchased new carpet from this company, and I had an average experience. The selection of carpets was decent, but I found the pricing to be a bit higher compared to other places. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I wish they were more knowledgeable about the different types of carpets and their durability. The installation process was smooth, and the workers were efficient, but I noticed a few minor issues with the seams after they left. Overall, it's an average company with room for improvement in terms of pricing and product knowledge.
