I recently used the services of this company and I found their website to be informative and easy to navigate. However, I felt that the communication from the company could have been more proactive and personalized. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress of my case. While the advisors were knowledgeable, I think there is room for improvement in terms of providing a more personalized and attentive service to clients. Overall, the experience was average.
