As a customer, I found the trading platform of the company to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer support was not very responsive, and it took quite a while to get my queries addressed. The website provides a wide range of trading instruments, but I felt that the educational resources for new traders were lacking. On the positive side, the company offers competitive spreads, which is a plus for traders looking to minimize costs. However, I would appreciate more transparency in the fee structure.
