I recently booked a trip with Travel Club Kazakhstan, LLP. The overall experience was average. The customer service was satisfactory and the tour guides were knowledgeable. However, the accommodations were not up to par with what I expected. The rooms were small and not very clean. Overall, it was an okay experience.
