I recently purchased some fasteners from this company and overall, the experience was average. The website is user-friendly and provides a good selection of products. However, the shipping took longer than expected and the customer service response time was a bit slow. 🤔 Additionally, the packaging of the products could have been better as some of the fasteners arrived slightly damaged. On a positive note, the quality of the products themselves was good. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating. I hope they can improve their shipping and customer service to provide a better experience for their customers.
