As a CUSTOMER, I have had a mixed experience with the Government of Tamil Nadu. While they have implemented some good initiatives for the welfare of the people, there is still room for improvement. The website www.tn.gov.in provides a lot of information about various government schemes and services, which is helpful. However, the user interface of the website could be better. It is sometimes difficult to navigate and find the required information. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
