I recently used the services of this heavy haul company for transportation of some large equipment. Overall, my experience was average. The company's website was user-friendly and provided clear information about their services. However, I found the communication to be somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my initial inquiry and there were a few miscommunications regarding the pickup and delivery schedule. The actual transport of the goods went smoothly, and the drivers were professional and efficient. However, the company could improve their customer service by being more prompt and proactive in their communication. Additionally, the pricing was slightly higher compared to other similar companies I have used in the past. While I did not encounter any major issues, I believe there is room for improvement for this company to provide a better overall experience for their customers.
