As a customer, I recently visited this urgent care facility and had an average experience. The staff was friendly and the office was clean and well-maintained. The wait time was reasonable, considering it was a busy day. However, I expected the healthcare providers to be a bit more thorough in their examination. It felt like they were rushing and didn't take the time to fully address my concerns. Additionally, the overall ambiance of the clinic could use some improvement. The atmosphere seemed a bit sterile and impersonal. On the positive side, the online appointment booking system was convenient and easy to use. Despite my average experience, I appreciate the availability of this urgent care option in the area.
