I recently used Big Beyond's services and found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their projects and initiatives. However, I did encounter a few issues with their customer support. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and the answers provided were not always clear or helpful. Additionally, while the projects seemed interesting, I felt that the execution could have been better. The results were not as impactful as I had anticipated, and there were some inconsistencies in the delivery.
