I recently used this company's services for an event planning and promotion. Unfortunately, I found their customer service to be lacking. Communication was slow, and at times, unprofessional. While the promotional materials they provided were decent, it took longer than expected to receive them. The quality of the work was average, nothing outstanding. I appreciate their efforts, but improvement is needed in their responsiveness and professionalism. I hope they work on these issues to provide a better experience for future clients. 😕
