As a customer, I found the products to be reliable and of decent quality. However, the overall customer service experience was lackluster. 🤷‍♂️ I had some difficulties with the website, and it wasn't very user-friendly. The response time to inquiries was slower than expected, and I felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. On the positive side, their products were sturdy and served their purpose well. But when it comes to customer interactions, I hope for an improvement in the future. With some adjustments, the company could provide a better overall experience for its clients.
