I have been attending Total Rehab and Fitness for the past six months and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The trainers are fantastic and the facility has everything I need for a great workout. The atmosphere is motivating and I always leave feeling accomplished. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape.
