Sunrise property management is a decent company. I have been renting from them for a few years now and overall my experience has been satisfactory. The staff is friendly and responsive to any issues that arise. The maintenance team is prompt and does a good job of addressing any repairs that are needed. The only complaint I have is that the rent increases each year seem a bit steep. Other than that, I have no major complaints.
