I rented a car from Budget Rent a Car Saudi Arabia and overall, I had an average experience. The car was clean and in good condition, but the customer service was just okay. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. They didn't explain the insurance options properly, and I ended up paying more than I expected. The process of picking up and returning the car was smooth though. It was an average experience overall.
