I had an okay experience with Hpathy.com. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking during a recent issue with my order. They took a long time to respond and did not provide a satisfactory resolution. Overall, I think they can improve in terms of customer support.
