I recently had the opportunity to experience the services provided by IT Innovations and overall, I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It showcases a wide range of services that they offer, which is impressive. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow and I didn't feel that my questions were fully addressed. Moreover, the pricing structure seemed a bit confusing and could have been explained more clearly. While the quality of the work delivered was satisfactory, it didn't exceed my expectations. In terms of delivery time, it took slightly longer than expected, but it was within an acceptable timeframe. Although I appreciate their efforts, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer interaction and overall service delivery.
