I had a decent experience with Merada. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. The customer service team was helpful in addressing my concerns. However, the delivery took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I would consider buying from them again, but I hope they improve their delivery times.
