I've had interactions with the local council for various reasons, and in general, they have been helpful and responsive. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to assist. However, there have been a few occasions where I felt the need for clearer instructions or better guidance. Nonetheless, I appreciate the council's efforts in maintaining the city's infrastructure and services.
