I recently had a chance to experience the services provided by this company and my overall impression was average. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate, allowing me to find the information I needed quickly. However, the response time for inquiries could be improved, as it took a bit longer than expected to receive a reply. The quality of the signs themselves was satisfactory, although I noticed a few minor imperfections upon close inspection. The pricing was reasonable, but not exceptional compared to other similar companies in the industry. Overall, while I was not completely blown away by the experience, Sousa Signs delivered a decent service. I would consider using their services again if they improve their communication and attention to detail.
